What is a Rumble Boxing Class Like?

A Rumble boxing class? Simply electrifying. Ten rounds, two fists, and zero experience needed. The session kicks off with a group warm-up and shadow boxing.

Next, you'll split the 45-minute class between pounding our unique tear-drop water-filled bags and engaging in strength and body-weight conditioning exercises at your station. Picture this: vibrant music, captivating lights, and an incredibly supportive atmosphere throughout.

DO YOU NEED EXPERIENCE TO BOX?

Nope! No matter your age, fitness level, or prior boxing experience, it's a workout that anybody can master. If you got a fist, then you got a fight.

The beauty of boxing is that you can control the pace of your punches, taking it as hard or as easy as you'd like.

Most boxing classes, like Rumble, are beginner-friendly with trainers there to guide you through the 6 punches and help you with your technique.

Starting Fresh?

No worries if it's your first boxing class. As long as you can move, you can Rumble. Our trainers provide modifications for various exercises, ensuring you'll have choices along the way.

Do you need your own gloves?

Nope. Gloves are available to hire or purchase at our front desk, but if you have a favorite pair that you’d like to bring, we totally understand.
