Starting as a member at Rumble Subiaco before stepping into coaching, he knows exactly what it takes to go from the floor to the stage, and how to get the most out of every session. With a background as a professional ballet dancer at West Australian Ballet and now studying biomedical science, Oli combines athletic performance, body awareness, and technical knowledge into his coaching. As a qualified personal trainer, boxing coach, and MAT Pilates instructor, he places a strong emphasis on boxing technique and injury prevention, so you can train hard and train smart. Now leading the South Melbourne studio, Oli is known for his fast-paced, high-intensity sessions, you’ll need to stay switched on, because it moves quick and there’s no coasting, no shortcuts.
